Bottle Rocket Named Among Top 100 Places to Work by The Dallas Morning News

We’re excited to announce that we have been recognized as one of the Top 100 Places to Work in 2015 by The Dallas Morning News, making this the third year we have received this honor. We’re pleased to have been nominated and featured alongside all of the amazing mid-sized Dallas-based businesses.

The Top 100 list is a nomination-based program. Thousands of companies are nominated each year and confidential employee surveys are analyzed by a third-party research partner to determine the rankings. To qualify as a Top 100 company, at least 35% of a company’s employees must respond to the survey.

Employees, or Rocketeers, run a committee called LIFT, with the sole mission of shaping and maintaining the ideal culture, work environment and employee programs to support the company’s mission. Personal and professional development opportunities include weekly training sessions, certification programs, music lessons, UX week, and an annual hackathon where employees have 24 hours to ideate and physically or digitally bring their ideas to life.
