A local tech company is going all-in on a new way of work.

Bottle Rocket, which builds applications for businesses and provides other services, has unveiled a permanent “Work from Wherever” future. This means employees can operate from home, in the office, across the country or even abroad.

“In the last few months we have proven that we can be equally, if not more, productive while not together in the same place,” [Calvin Carter](https://www.bizjournals.com/dallas/search/results?q=Calvin%20Carter), CEO of the company, said in an emailed response to questions. “It doesn’t matter to us where people work, just that they are engaged, effective, focusing on their work, improving their craft every day, taking chances and producing amazing products.”
