We received responses from over 750 participants and we were also able to determine those who had used specific ordering methods—like curbside pickup, web-ordering, or app-based ordering—in order to dive deeper into the data. We believe our respondents to be representative in that they came from all regions of the country, a variety of household income brackets, and their ages ranged from 18 – 75. There were not many surprises, but we were encouraged to find a few insights in the data that we thought were worth sharing.
